Wanda Lewis Dental AssistantWanda joined the office after getting her Certification with honors in Dental Assisting at the Dental Careers School in Marietta 1994. She has been a wonderful addition to the staff. Wanda works as a clinical Dental Assistant, directly helping Dr. Alvarez. Her duties include taking patients’ x-rays, assisting during all procedures, as well as sterilization and maintenance of office equipment and instruments. Wanda’s enthusiasm and eagerness to help people comes through during her interaction with the patients and her co-workers. She wants to help people to improve their dental health and esthetics. “I always like to see patients happy, and do my best to help them feel better.” - Wanda Lewis Wanda was born in North Carolina into a warm and caring family of eleven siblings. She serves as a volunteer with the annual “Christina Smiles”, a mobile dental clinic providing dental care for under privileged children. Her hobbies include playing softball (she’s a long ball hitter on Dr. Alvarez’s championship team) and spending time with her husband, Marlon, and her lovely family of three children, two of which are now in college. |
