Kathy Tatko Office ManagerAn office manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business of the office and Kathy Tatko does that superbly. She was born and raised in Rochester, PA, graduating from Freedom High School in 1988. She attended Penn State University before going to work for Delta Airlines as a Customer Service Representative. Kathy later became a Dental Assistant and started working for Dr. Alvarez in 1997. Noticing her organizational, planning, and communication skills, he soon asked her to manage the office for him. A good office manager makes it possible for other people to function efficiently. Office managers work closely with the dentist and staff to meet the office's, and most importantly, the patient’s needs. Kathy has grasped those concepts and has demonstrated her ability to manage the team through her confidence, common sense, and loyalty. Her hobbies include playing softball, running (5K and 10K races), working out at the gym and, most importantly, her love and loyalty to her hometown NFL favorite the Pittsburgh Steelers. |
